Okay so there's a time every month that I am so eager to exercise and stay fit. I don't know why but i just feel it and when I go back from work even if I'm dead tired I go for an hour or two of exercising, its just weird. Haha 

I tried out the running shoes my boyfriend gave me, it was so comfortable and fit for running. ^___^ I think I ran at least 2-3 kilometers and then I did some toning and walked 3 times around the block for cool down. I was proud of myself that night and man! I slept soundly Hahaha SOBRANG PAGOD!

Hehe my earlier post says that I'd burn the calories {Burn Calories means EXERCISING}, well... I wasn't able to the next day. I was in a hurry to go to work! hahahaha But I did burn some of the calories during work so I guess that's a good thing,

Woke up in a good mood today. Worked out for roughly an hour; focused more on cardio and sculpting my muscles. I ate a bit during lunch that's why at around 4pm I got hungry and we ate at Chowking <---nice come back from that exercise eh?--- I ate their Chinese style chicken, kangkong & bagoong and bought Choco Loco Special from Quickly. At around 10pm, my parents and I got hungry that's why I cooked pancit canton.., hahaha I should not have eaten that pancit canton, it made me guilty. Anyway... I'll be burning it tomorrow, I promise!

This is getting hard! No matter how I try not to eat I can't. Earlier this day I was doing fine, I wasn't able to eat breakfast because I was still full from our dinner last night. By lunch time I ate 1 hopia + 2 pieces of pandesal with peanut butter  + saba and then by snack time I ate 2 hopia. I got happy because I got through the day without eating rice but then a relative of a patient that my co-workers once had brought pancit and lumpia for us. Since it would be embarrassing to not eat it, I did. The pancit was full of MSG!! Gooosh, I brushed my teeth after and then I brought home the lumpia because I might barf already if I ate it. Haay sooo much food, too little stomach.

I wasn't able to workout today but I did clean my room which did burn some calories. ^___^

Hahaha the irony! Just as I started being active and getting conscious of what I eat delicious food starts to tempt me with their hypnotizing aroma. I ate pancit, sinigang na mackerel, avocado shake, pizza, monggo & rice. I really need to have a stronger will power if I wanted that abs.

Hey there! I've been slacking off when it comes to exercising and so I worked out for 20 minutes. You know that 10 minute workouts that you can download? Yes, I downloaded them and I can exercise 10-20 minutes a day anytime of the day!  It also means that I don't have an excuse not to burn fats. :p I also love how you can mix and match the workouts depending on your target body parts (e.i. CORE CARDIO + LOWER BODY or CORE CARDIO + ABS) .

My workout for today: CORE CARDIO + TOTAL BODY

My chronic battle with weight has been really frustrating. Ever since I lost weight when I was in college I looked for other ways to maintain it. I've had slip ups, gained 2 or 3 kilos then lost weight again but then I read somewhere in a blog that dieting shouldn't be a burden, you shouldn't feel deprived and most of all dieting must not stress you. So what I'm going to do is change my lifestyle, I'm gonna keep myself busy and eat healthy, of course eating healthy doesn't mean I have to copy celebrities' diets and go gaga over it, I have to go at my own pace and work with what I have because budget can be an issue for me, MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES YOU KNOW. And so this will be my Diary for Staying Fit & Healthy.
