2nd day to do boxing. May +1 kaming boxing buddy. MY BEEBEE! hehehe Enjoy naman kami, lakas sumuntok ni Billee tapos ako naman habang break time nag-bag ako ^____^ after our session we made use of the gym's amenities. Ligo-ligo din and then we ate Thai for lunch.

     There have been a lot of diets invented for over a hundred years yet here we are, struggling to loose that 10 lbs. I've come to a realization that there really is no surefire diet to where in you'll loose and maintain you're weight. Its all about the kinds of food that we put inside our body and of course, the proportion. Over thinking what you eat on a daily basis will kill you, literally. The important thing is HEALTHIER CHOICES, instead of eating ice cream, opt for a yogurt. Want soda? Ditch the dark colored sodas and go for clearer ones and soon after that you can opt for water instead. So if you really wanted to fit on those skinny jeans --- nah, burn that skinny jeans and just live healthy & stay active. You don't need to look stick thin, no matter what shape you are as long as you FEEL healthy then YOU GO GIRL! with matching *snap*

     Did a 5 km run with Shana around our subdivision and then did some ab workout in their house. Sarap! haha we did a video of us doing a certain ab routine. Sa sobrang intense niya, intense din itsura namin habang ginagawa namin yun! hahahaha In fairnes sakit ng maskels ko sa legs at abs.. wow?! may abs agad?? haha
 
     It's my first time to try boxing and I really enjoyed it! Sobrang nakakapawis tapos di mo namamalayan na full body exercise ang ginagawa mo. I was with y friend Shana na batikan na sa boxing! Waha batikan talaga! Pero swear, ang galing niya. Tapos gusto ko din yung jump rope for warm up and habang nagaantay ng turn ko. Gusto ko pa magboxing! I LOVE IT!!!

Its weird but I really enjoy running at night. It gives me that sense of freedom, I feel light, like I could go on without stopping.

     Let's admit it, pag malamig ang panahon talagang nakakatamad mag-exercise... bakit ka magpapagod kung pwede ka naman humiga sa kama buong araw? hahaha uy may natatamaan. Well I have something to share to you guys, 10 minutes of workout is all you need to keep you healthy and fit. Imagine, 10 minutes lang? Maiksi pa yun sa teleseryeng pinapanood mo mula hapon hanggang gabi. Maiksi pa yun sa oras na ginugugol mo sa pagtingin sa mga update ng mga kaibigan mo sa twitter at facebook. Maiksi pa yun sa pag bilang mo ng natulong tubig sa kisame niyo. Hahahaha

     Okay, seryoso na. Hahaha I've really struggled with my exercise regimen, madali kasi akong magsawa, kaya since last year I make sure na I have variations and I found this channel in YouTube that posts a lot of exercise routine that is only 10 minutes long. They also have a lot of variations so you can mix and match your workout. Amazing right? And they have tips on eating healthier and they got access to celebrity fit trainers so kung gusto mong magkaroon ng katawan tulad ng mga VICTORIA SECRET MODELS eh go ka na sa pag-exercise!

     Did 30 minutes at my elliptical bike then did weights for my arms and legs. Had to keep myself active. I'm already 51.6kg last September 14. I'm planning on bringing down my weight to 51 flat then I'd do toning exercises and do boxing. I'm pretty happy with my progress and I got thank NOOM Coach for that. Just had to keep my daily caloric intake around 1200 and below and do light to medium exercises at least 2-3 times a week and I'm good. ^___^
 
     I did Yoga! Its rejuvenating! LITERALLY! Salutations, warrior 2, reverse warrior 2, cat pose, child pose... aaah! I loved it so much I did the routine twice! Hahaha! Then I did 20 minutes of flat abs workout. YEY ME! {pat on the back}
 
Morning run--- as in super early run! hahaha! Woke up at around 4:30am dahil meeting time namin sa Heavenly Peace ay 5am pero 5:30 na ako nakarating :p It was nice to have a new place to run, malawak and ang daming pwedeng gawing ruta. I had fun kasama sila Ma'am Liselle & Ma'am Jenette, bonding at tawanan habang nagpapa-sexy! We ran for more than an hour then did some toning and bago umuwi we bought fruits para kumpleto rekado ang pagpapa-payat namin. I bought 1kg of corn, avocado & 6pcs. of saging na saba. Hopefully next Sunday makasama ulit ako sa kanila magjogging. ^___^
