Did the grocery with Mama & Papa at SM Supermarket because my father was given a gift check for Christmas from Jewelmer. I was excited to go to the grocery because of that hahaha then we came upon Egg Noodles from Vietnam and decided to cook it for dinner.

And here we have our EGG NOODLE SOUP with LOVE.

My friends have been telling me that I've lost so much weight already or I'm too slim or I no longer look fresh because I'm too thin. It has caught my attention already so I've decided to calm down on dieting (e.i. NO RICE POLICY) and focus on my workouts. I really want to have a flat stomach or a nice sexy abs and smaller thighs... so I'll do exercises that targets that specific area and do cardio maybe 1-2 times a week. Hmmm Its hard when you have a pear shaped body coz' the upper body is the first part that slims down making me disproportionate. That's why I workout more so that my legs would slim down as well... hmm I gotta' research more on making my legs slimmer without making my arms and face smaller.

Finally had the motivation to jog with this kind of weather. Every time I wanted to jog it didn't push through because the cold breeze made lazy hahaha It was perfect timing today when I texted my friend Shana if she'd like to jog with me aaaaand so we did! After almost a year, I was finally able to jog at PhilAm. They became strict earlier last year due incidence of theft in their neighborhood so they didn't allow outsiders to jog inside the park unless you an ID in which you have to pay 100php, applicable for a year. Being frugal and all, I opted to jog on the streets - its free! And so this is us, fighting the cold just to be fit. ^___^

Squeezed in 30 minutes of circuit training + jump rope before going to work ^___^

The most intense boxing session so far. I had a new trainer, Kuya Gab, he was strict about my posture, my feet placement, my movement as I punch, how I twist my body to give a good punch. Aaaaah I loved my session so much that I tipped him! hahahaha I really need to get my butt into action, those holiday calories ain't gonna burn itself!

I was itching to go to the gym and box since the week started... luckily I found the time to squeeze in a session.  I gotta say I'm getting better at speed bag - really have to concentrate on my timing & precision. I also practiced on the punching bag & the double end bag for control & power. I LOVE BOXING!

     Current weight - 51.15kg

Ever since I was a kid I have been a big fan of pasta. I can eat them all day, everyday. But the thing is, excessive eating of pasta can cause BLOATING! So at grocery I found an alternative for the normal white pasta I eat. Presenting... El Real's Healthy Spaghetti!!! It's high in fiber, has malunggay & carrot bits, plus it has protein, beta-carotene & Vit. A. Now tell me, how healthy can a pasta be???

I paired my healthy pasta with a Spanish Style Sardine Sauce & mushroom, both cooked in extra virgin olive oil. After eating I didn't feel bloated at all! Hooray! I do feel full but not bloated unlike what white pastas do to my stomach. From now on El Real's Healthy Spaghetti will be my go-to-pasta.

"Ang tunay na Pilipino kumakain ng rice."

Hahahaha We Filipinos always have rice on our tables, its our staple food. But the growing trend on the "No Rice Diet" made me a bit apprehensive on the thought that there will be no rice at all for every meal. For me, again, its about proportion, its not about whether its brown rice, red rice, blue, pink, violet of WHITE... as long as you have smaller portions for carbs. And girls, wag OA pag dating sa diet, nakamamatay yan. HAHAHAHA! kidding aside, its true. So don't cry when you had your slippage when it comes to eating rice, just eat healthier the next day. For me pwede naman kumain ng kanin basta gulay ang ulam ^__^ hehe
