  • Blessed with a lot of food today. One of our patient celebrated her and her husband's 50th Wedding Anniversary and she brought food along with her; Pancit & Sinigang na Mackerel/Kabalya. The sinigang was so delicious, it brought a different feel to the famous sinigang. I loved it so much that I'm going to make one for the family this weekend perhaps. Then after work I went straight to my cousin's house. My nephews and I ate a box of pizza, well they did, I only ate 1 slice haha I was so full, mukha akong butete! hahaha
