Its my day off and I wanted to make it a productive one. I started the day with a 10k run around the neighborhood, ate a healthy breakfast & lunch then I was off to do my errands.
Picture
First on the list is to buy Winter melon tea at Yummy tea - - - 25% sugar level please.

Picture
Then I had to get my police clearance for my Health Permit ^____^

Picture
Then I spent at least an hour or two at bestsellers bookstore and I bought these for my best friend TINEE.

Picture
It was also on my list of errands to buy green tea but the ones in SM Supermarket were 50pcs/box and I couldn't afford it hahaha so I went to Puregold and alas! They have green tea | 10pcs/box ^___^

Picture
I also went to Japan Store and bought my boyfriend an organizer for all his trinkets - he keeps on loosing small & important things for work (e.i. memory cards, usb, screws & money) so I just had to put an end to his problem.

Picture
Then I stopped by at the 20php store, I never really meant to buy anything form the store, just wanted to look around and see if there was a cheaper organizer - the frugal me kicks in - but then I found an arm cover for my friend JIL and I bought a pair for her ^___^

I walked home after all that shopping... it was then that I noticed I have been walking for 4 hours nonstop wahahaha already had too much workout for today.

I wasn't able to take pictures of my outfit before heading out earlier so I took pictures of me when I got back home. I haven't been able to take pictures of myself for quite sometime now - like the pictures I posted on friendster and facebook when I'd have an album full of my face in different angles and smile - yep I did that and it made me feel happy and silly hahaha
Picture
Oh! and before anything else the bras that I ordered came in this afternoon ^___^ I bought 3 bras!!! Now I'm excited to wear them all. I've bought 4 bras all in all this January... I think its a bra kinda' year haha I'm planning on saving up and buying bras in LaSenza, bras are an investment you know. *^___^*

And before hitting the sack I prepared my food for tomorrow's work. I really enjoyed this day. I'm ta bit tired but I'm happy.

This year's gonna' be the greatest! Started the night by attending the mass with my parents then countdown to 2014! Loads of firecrackers and fireworks! I love every second of it! I am hopeful for 2014! I can feel it in my bones that its gonna be the greatest year for everyone!
Picture

And of course I had to start the year with a lookbook post ^___^

The dreaded day has come! AAAAAH!!! My stomach was churning, like I'm in a roller coaster of something. I prepared for almost 6 hours for this. Had my nails done earlier today then went home and did my magic.
Here's the summary of what took place on Christmas Party. The party's main event was the Fashion Show. They picked staffs from different department who would compete for the 1st prize. I was lucky enough to win 3rd place ^____^ I also won an electric fan from raffle LOL. It was a fun night, they had comedians as hosts, they really know how to entertain specially PEANUT hahahaha. I also enjoyed the catwalk, at first I so nervous but as you start walking everything around you blurs and there's nothing left but you and the catwalk.

I worked hard on sewing the beads on my formal wear. I like how it turned up. A bit of Greecian/Tribal motif.
These pics are from Jaf's camera. Can you see my boyfriend at the back?? hahaha
My boyfriend accompanied me at this event which I'm really grateful for because I wouldn't know what to do if I was alone and without any support. ^__^

I finally bought things for myself such as make up, make up brushes and all that hullabaloo. My bonus came that's why I have extra money to spend for myself. Yipeeedoodaaa... la la la.
A Piero Guidi vintage bag
Bought immediately at a thrift store the second I saw it.
Picture
For achieving that wavy, soft curls I used Gatsby moving hair wax and moving spray.

Picture
For that extra oomph on my eyes.

Picture
Keeping my eyebrows neat with the help of e.l.f. Eyebrow kit.

Picture
For that oily face.

Picture
To get the coverage I need. The perfect combination of BB cream (didn't include it in the pic), Dream Matte Mousse & Mineral Foundation from Maybelline. Applied it with a foundation brush from Marionnaud.

Picture
For setting the makeup. Tony Moly's Aqua Aura Facial Mist.

Picture
For my nails. Caress nail polish in Black.

Picture
And for my arm party. I bought this at the Christmas Bazaar at the Club House. ^__^

I do intend to complete my brushes this 2014 and also find a product that'll get rid of my pimples. hahaha

The day has come for me to color my hair and I'm so excited! Presenting Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring in MOCHA PINK. They come in this cute box with a cute Korean girl upfront, a pump bottle, hair color packet, Silky Perfume Treatment, instruction manual in KOREAN and gloves & plastic cape.
Picture
Before - - - My hair is still orange-y because I dyed it Dark Blonde Red earlier this year. You couldn't see my roots but its already showing :)))

Picture
Here we have Etude House's Bubble Hair Coloring pump bottle. It has an oxidizer inside.

Picture
Then I poured in the hair color that comes in a packet.

Don your gloves and the plastic cape that they provided.

Picture
Move it from side to side. Do not shake the container because as you're moving the bottle its already mixing and you'll feel that its heating up so shaking might not be a good idea, it may cause your bottle to explode right on your face. LOL

Picture
Remember, before applying onto the hair it must be dry and without any hair products such as conditioner, hair serums & lotions.

*Don't forget to mix before pumping.*

Apply on your roots first then work your way down. After evenly applying the foam. Gather up your hair in a bun and let it set for 30-60 minutes, depending on your preference.

I let my hair set for 45 mins. ^___^

After 45 mins. rinse your hair only with water then apply the Silky Perfume Treatment which worked wonders. It made my hair so soft. I wish they had a                                                                                  bottle of that that can be bought separately.

Picture
And viola! Indoors my hair is like ash brown or as the package says "MOCHA" and outdoors its pinkish. I think it became more pinkish due to the fact that my hair is already orange-y ssssooooo I'm pretty satisfied.

The good thing about it is that it doesn't have ammonia that other hair color products have which makes it smell bad.

                                                               My Rating:
                                                                ★★★★★

I'm gonna use it from now on!

I was up early! I had a lot of things to do. First up is I had to do the laundry (2 weeks of laundry), how dreadful is that??
Then i had to put up the Christmas Tree for my niece because she has been nagging me since the start of November on when I will put on the decorations. And lastly is to shop for things that I'll be needing for the FASHION SHOW!
By lunch time we had some visitors from Canada, my Ate Jeralyn and her family, she has three sons - the youngest was so adorable and cute like Mr. Bean, his name is Jacob. The 2nd was sooo cool because he greeted me in Filipino, I was like "Whoa, you speak Tagalog??". His name is Jericho. And the eldest was Jared, who was an amazing basketball player. The had fun playing NBA with my other two nephews and they also played basketball, 2 on 2, on our basketball court.
Picture
Sorry for the over sized pimps HAHA. That's me and my Ate Jeralyn after 48 years!
Then by afternoon I went to the mall to buy things for the Fashion Show. My boyfie was with me, he was sweet enough to endure walking around the mall and look for stuff ^___^ I love him.

After 2 malls, 4 hours of walking and fooling around with salesladies... I was able to buy 2 things:

Etude House - Bubble Hair Color & Lady Grace - Silicon Bra
I was excited to use the Shampoo Hair color from Etude House, I chose #7 Mocha Pink because earlier this year I dyed my hair Dark Red, I wanted to be subtle this time. I will do a blog about it next time :)

I was also excited to use my silicon bra, I can now use some of my tube top dresses that has a low back. ^___^ watch out for my blog about our hospital's Christmas party!!!!!

I really enjoyed this day. Very tiring but fun.

xoxo Joy

Its SUNDAY! Yipeee! I get to spend the day with my boyfriend ^___^ We watched Thor and hung out at Mary Grace.

My boyfriend also took pictures of me for my lookbook. He understands my delusions and crazy antics ^___^
I love him so much for that.

I'm very fond of accessories. I actually have a wall full of different accessories because I believe that accessories can bring out the beauty of a simple ensemble. I have loads of necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, shoes, bags, watches and all the hullabaloos. And another great addition to my collection is a set of knuckle ring which I bought in the tiangge in BF Clubhouse. It was really hard for me to find a set like this online and I was lucky enough to stumble upon a cute boutique that sells this in a very affordable price! ^___^ Will surely wear this on December for our Christmas Fashion Show.
xoxo Joy

I'm very happy and proud that I've done what I've promised. I finally shared the goodness of God, what He has done for me and my family. ^___^

OUT ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS a.k.a OB! Yeah! Me & Ma'am Liselle get to spend the day out of the hospital and we still get paid! Hahaha yey to us!
Picture
It would've been greater if all of us were at the convention, even though its just me and Ma'am Liselle, we still had fun ^___^ I couldn't wait for our next convention!

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut before I go I couldn't pass up the chance to take a photo of my outfit. Thank you Ma'am Liselle for bearing with me! Haha! Tried a bohemian look, casual, comfy yet sexy.
I really liked wearing my OLD - NEW jeans (my mom altered it so it could fit me again). It's so comfortable and yet it made me feel and look sexy! Hooray to bell bottoms and flared pants! I paired it with a wedge to give that oomph. Gonna wear it more often from now on.
